WINTER FELLOWSHIP, January 15 — IMPORTANT UPDATES!

PLEASE READ BELOW IMPORTANT UPDATES BELOW ABOUT WINTER FELLOWSHIP

Brothers,

Due to the rapid spread of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, and with the health and safety of our Lodge members in mind, we have decided to scale back Winter Fellowship weekend to a smaller half-day event on Saturday, January 15.  Please see below for an updated schedule.

We will still be getting together for relaxed and fun fellowship activities, in a safe and socially distanced setting.  Don’t forget to bring socks for the Lodge Service Committee’s sock drive!  We will also be distributing our 2022 Octipass patches and lanyards, for members who have purchased their Octipass for this year.

We will offer the Brotherhood Ceremony for members planning to complete their Ordeal Induction journey!

We also plan to conduct the Lodge’s Vigil Call-Out ceremony, recognizing members of our lodge for their distinguished contributions to the Order of the Arrow, Scouting, and Fire Mountain Scout Camp.

Important Notes:

  1. Please fill out and bring with you the Pre-COVID screening form at this link: https://www.mountbakerbsa.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/MBC-Pre-Event-Health-Screening-Form-FINAL-022021.pdf
  2. Masks are required.  We will have masks available on-site for members who don’t bring them.
  3. BSA Health forms A & B are not required, because this is no longer an overnight event.  However, if you bring your 2022 BSA Health Form, we will keep it on file for the rest of 2022.

For members who have already registered and paid for this event, because of the change in plans we will reach out to you to offer refunds or a discount for future Lodge events.

We look forward to seeing you Saturday at Fire Mountain!  Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions about this weekend’s event.
