Lodge Executive Committee
The LEC is Sikhs Mox Lamonti’s Lodge Executive Committee. The LEC is made up of officers who are elected annually during the Lodge’s Annual Business Meeting, including Chapter Chiefs, and adult advisers.
Sikhs Mox Lamonti is an Order of the Arrow lodge chartered to the Mount Baker Council. Sikhs Mox Lamonti is a part of Section W-1N of the Western Region of the Order of the Arrow.
The mission of the Order of the Arrow is to fulfill its purpose as an integral part of the Boy Scouts of America through positive youth leadership under the guidance of selected capable adults.
As Scouting’s National Honor Society, our purpose is:
To recognize those campers, Scouts, and Scouters, who best exemplify the scout oath and law in their daily lives and by such recognition cause other campers to conduct themselves in such a manner as to warrant recognition.
To develop and maintain camping traditions and spirit.
To promote scout camping, which reaches its greatest effectiveness as a part of the unit’s camping program, both year-round and in the summer camp, as directed by the camping committee of the council.
To crystallize the Scout habit of helpfulness into a life purpose of leadership in cheerful service to others.
The Lodge Executive Meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. These meetings are open to all Lodge members, and starting in August 2021 will be hybrid meetings for members to attend in-person or online.
Note: The August 2021 LEC meeting will take place at Fire Mountain. For future LEC meetings, Lodge members will be notified of the physical meeting location and the virtual log-in link to participate online.
